A wide variety of companies make up the group, operating mainly across the gas network, wider utilities and its supply chain.
The group consists of around 40 members including:
Cadent, SGN, Northern Gas Networks and Wales & West Utilities, Independent Gas Transporters, National Infrastructure Providers, Utility Infrastructure Providers, Independent Connection Providers, supply chain and distribution companies, utility training providers, testing, inspection and certification companies, Power-to-Gas and clean fuel specialists, CNG and biomethane consultants along with energy, innovation and geotechnical specialists.
The NEEG groups work streams and activities are member led and fluid in nature, representing what best serves the business interests of member companies. Output is very much based around member liaison forums and engagement activities with relevant companies and industry organisations.
