Utility Networks

The Utility Networks Division represents and promotes the interests of energy and utility network companies by providing a range of value-adding services to members. The Division has three key member areas which help steer and formulate the consensus view on industry issues- Data & Metering, Network Engineering & Equipment and Gas Storage Operators.

Information and networking are at the heart of the services provided to members who also benefit from our advice and information, and our extensive network of contacts in business, Government and NGO’s. The effectiveness of the Division relies on active engagement by member companies, facilitated and supported by the secretariat team.

  • Providing advocacy and representation on safety, commercial, regulatory, technical and environmental matters
  • Influencing key decision makers in Government, Ofgem and other relevant organisations
  • Keeping members informed through targeted information services
